Creativity for ID

Hi friends!
As we are working towards becoming a successful instructional designers, I think 'creativity' is the buzzword alongwith our ID skills. It becomes very essential for an ID to be creative as she/he has to constantly design instructions in a creative way to ensure learners sustain their interest in learning.It becomes a challenge to sustain their interest level in a non face-face situation.
